Hey, I'm Chelsea!
I grew up in the Seattle area and love it here (although sometimes yes the rain is hard).

Before becoming a dietitian I worked in after school programs and nonprofit settings for many years, which is where my passion was kindled for working with young people and their families!
I love to spend time with family and friends, and my sweet dog, Pete.

I'm also a dietitian at the University of Washington Medical Center, and enjoy providing nutrition counseling for our pediatric, women’s health, and internal medicine clinics.
For me, food is joy. And it's learning to take care of yourself and others.

I love deepening my cooking skills, enjoying others’ cooking, and eating with friends and family.
I’m extremely passionate about helping others find joy, confidence, and peace in their relationship with food!
